Description:
Objective of this project is to replace the current dashboards with a more scalable solution.
One standardized reporting tool based on GBI data to reduce the need for different business
groups to create competing reports that may be based on slightly different data sets. Scalable
reporting solution that can be more easily updated to show new segments and views via a self-
help model without a development request. It needs to be easily configurable by AppleCare
Customer Research team without using extensive resources.

key metrics related to performance of call center advisors. Worked on enhancements of Snow
