Weblogic, Unix
Client Frontier Telecom, ATT, Qwest , CTL, Sprint, TWT
Role Senior Software Engineer
EP is a gateway that interfaces between clients and external LECS or internal OMS’s. This product, performs
translation of data from one form to another, for example, translation between types like MECH-SPEC, XML, EDI,
etc. It also operates in the transmission layer to transmit the data via different protocols like SMTP, HTTP(s), SFTP,
FTP, SOAP, etc.
EP also has various stand-alone webservices developed using axis framework which interface between the client
webservice or other internal webservices and EP and can communicate using various protocols.
Title VFO(Virtual Front Office)
Platform / Tools Java, J2ee, Servlets, Jsp, Struts,Hibenate,Oracle, EJB
Client Frontier Telecom, ATT, Qwest
Role Software Engineer
4. VFO interacts between service and network providers. It is accessible via web-based graphical user interface
(GUI). It has a flexible and automatic validation of Access Service Request (ASR), Local Service Request (LSR),
Trouble Reports and E911. It facilitates storage and management of all service requests submitted, and the
subsequent notifications received. It does ordering of Local and Access Services with Local Exchange Carriers
(LECs) by the forward and reverse transmission of access information. It provides secure and efficient business
interactions between the companies.

This project deals with storing of employee details on a centralized MySQL database. It was implemented using
MVC architecture. It has an Employee module which has various inbuilt features that helps to Add, Edit, Delete
and Search for a particular employee. This module is integrated with a user module that determines which of its
functions are enabled or disabled. Some of the functionalities that were incorporated into the module are as
follows:
• User registration module to create users with different access privileges
• Report generation module for generation of customized user reports
• Search function to search for a particular record based on employee number
• Print function to print out reports

various user privileges across the local intranet.
Title Real-time media streaming
Platform / Tools Linux (Ubuntu), Freevo
Role Software Engineer
This project deals with streaming of multi-media from a server to a Television set that can be controlled with a
remote control. To accomplish this, a Mac OSX server is chosen with its quick-time streaming server as the
software to stream data. A settop box is set up using Ubuntu Linux as the O.S. An open source software, Freevo is
programmed into the box and customized to access real-time data from the server and subsequently display it
onto the Television set.
