To perform Random Audit Stitching Inspection to verify specified
requirements.
To conduct Random Audit on A.Q.L of stitching and mention on reports at
same time.
To perform Random Audit of Grading and Packing as per required A.Q.L
and mention on grading and packing report at same time.
Quality checking of weighment and measurement.
Verification of process and pieces as specified requirements.
Verification of Bar Code and physically condition.
To verify Carton Marking and physically condition as per requirement of
customer.
To verify Bar Code using on Product Packaging reliable scan through
scanner.
Co-ordination with production department.

2. To inform Q.C Manager in case of deviation found from set standard and
proper Q.C observation report.
To co-ordinate with stitching floor incharges to resolve Quality related
issues.
To highlight and follow up with department incharges regarding taking
care of product.
To verify spot washing, being done as per defined method.
