RDB-ELSEIF COMPANY (Precast Factory Al Kharjh)
Duration: November 2014– to Present
Position: Quality Control Inspector
Responsibilities:
Good Knowledge of Cladding structural Beam
• Inspection of fabricated molds for precast panels.
• Inspection of all precast panels as per shop drawings prior to casting
• Various inspection done of precast panels like; solid slabs, stair flight,
attached & detached panels of villa, cladding panels, beam etc.
• Inspection based on RFI or as per RFI.
• Co-ordinate & expertise to ensure that the construction activities are
performed in accordance with the project Specification.
• Responsible for ensuring by inspection and verification that Civil &
Structural works are performed in accordance with the Project
requirements.
• Implement and maintain a filing system for all QC documentation, reports
directly to QC manager. Propose corrective action and preventive measures
for any non conforming items. Attend progress, coordination and QC meetings.
• Evaluate and follow up of NCR.
• Witness and inspect Civil & Structural works as indicated on the approved
Inspection Test Plans and Specifications.
• Inspect material received on site and ensure it is in ordinance with contract
specification, handle and stored properly. Conduct off-site inspection for
specific material and plant visit
• Review all precast shop drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary
quality related requirements prior to release for construction.
• Conducting Quality Walk down along with PID (project inspection
department).
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance
• Ensuring a good quality control in working site.
• Responsible to draw the Architectural drawings and details of project.
• Checking, Verification and Approval of bills of contractors
• Responsible to solve the Technical issues in construction site by co-ordination
with design dept. & planning dept.
• Responsible for maintaining proper documentation of projects.
