Samagra Yoga (Complete Yoga)
This knowledge from Himalaya was waiting for you from past 25 years, now the time has come that you
are here!
Guruji shared the story of four blind friends, who assumed how an elephant looks by only feeling one part
of an elephant. Similarly, it has been assumed that Yoga asanas are complete Yog, and that is not true.
Complete Yog (Ashtang Yog)
1) Yam: Leaving bad things, habits, violence etc.
2) Niyam: Following good habits. Doing good deeds.
3) Yoga Asana: Keeping body healthy​, mainly preparing your body to sit still for 30 minutes
for meditation.
4) Pranayama: Controlling thoughts by controlling breath.
5) Pratyahara: Do not hear, see, speak or think bad. Learning to keep attention within.
6) Dharna: Practice of concentrating on one thing. Accepting Guru as Paramatma, this opens the
receiving completely.
7) Dhyan: Meditation means putting your 100% chitt on one sadhana (meditation practice) and
achieving thoughtlessness. (majority meditation techniques bring a person only till this level)
8) Samadhi: Completely getting over body consciousness and living in Atma Bhav (Soul
Consciousness). This can be attained only through connecting with the living guru.
There are 7 more chakras (energy centers) which are above Sahastrar (Crown) Chakra, one has to even go
through them and finally merge with Divine/Universal consciousness. ​This all happens gradually
through meditating regularly​.
Also, in the world there is a wrong notion that meditation is only for saints and puja (devotional rituals)
is for the common man, this is not correct. Common man can meditate! One can live normally and
perform all duties, but still can stay as a soul, practice keeping your chitt on Crown Chakra and stay at
soul level even in midst of all worldly things (like a lotus flower).
P​AGE​ 1
Another wrong notion is that meditation is to be done at the old age, in fact it should be started at young
age to reap most benefits. A child has a purer chit so can connect far more quickly and easily, and in
result will excel in all spheres of life.
Important points:
- Yog is to connect directly to Paramatma
- Yog will change your life completely, will result in all-round growth
- Come to Yog without any expectation
- Samarpan Meditation (SM) is for free from the beginning.
- Samarpan Meditation is accepted globally as it is beyond any human divisions and is for each being.
- Each one gets the same anubhuti (experience) in Samarpan Meditation Sanskaar, which shows that
all humans are equal and similar.
- SM is not a meditation technique (which can be taught from one person to another), it is sanskaar
which is passed on to the mediator by an authorized medium.
- For these 8 days, do not focus on spoken words, only observe the experience you are feeling
on your hands, spine and Chakras, by keeping your chitt within.
- True happiness comes from within (from soul level), it should not be dependent on anyone or
anything outside.
o Human beings keep seeking happiness outside their whole life, but never attain permanent
happiness. But if one goes within, they will feel complete, contented, will stop seeking and will
learn to be happy from within.
- Samarpan Meditation has no preaching from outside, it is all about meditation-meditation and
meditation, it changes one from within. Then automatically what is good will stay, and bad will be left
behind.
- Once you reach good state by meditating regularly, bad deeds will not happen through you and you
will surrender all good deeds to God/Guru, so no karma will be attached to you and you will attain
Karma-Free-State (Karma-Mukt-Avastha), this is state of Moksha.
- Moksha must be attained while living.
- Vision of “One World” can only be attained through Yog. As Yog is a language of energy/vibrations
which is experienced in the same way by each human being.
- All problems/suffering are due to body consciousness, meditation practice increases soul
consciousness which gradually diminishes the suffering.
P​AGE​ 2
- All blessings and grace are received in those 30 minutes meditation, one should practice
meditation daily without fail.
- Meditation cleanses the Chitt, it is food for the soul, and it is essential.
- People from all over the world are attending this discourse, it is a blessing to be able to sit in the
collectivity of pure souls. Meditating 100,000 days is the same as meditating once with 100,000 souls.
PRE​-​MEDITATION​ P​OINTERS
Once you start meditating, you will face hurdles:
o At Body level​: First body will retaliate, one will cough, Yawn, itch etc., as we are not used to
sitting still. Body will try to bring you out of the meditation but sit with steady determination.
(Yoga asanas might help you control your body at this level).
o At Mental level​: Post overcoming hurdles at body level, then mind will generate countless
thoughts, as once body is still mind gets active, it is due to our conditioning. Do not try to
stop or fight with thoughts, only observe them as a witnesser (Sakshi bhav).
o At Intellect level​: Intellect will try its best to talk you out of meditating, by generating
thoughts like ‘meditation will not happen for you’ ‘there is so much work pending’, ‘do not
waste time’ etc., but let the intellect say anything, you be determined and sit for 30mins
Solution for the above mentioned hurdles is to donate your 30 minutes to Guruji as GuruDakshina.
- By doing this one can meditate daily, even if one gets itch at the body level, thoughts at body level
and reasoning from intellect, still they should sit for 30 minutes.
- Gradually all will subside and only one subtle thought will remain, and mediation will keep
happening simultaneously
- Ultimately even that thought will go away, and one will meditate in the thoughtless state.
- But remember to sit without expectation, do not even expect that meditation will happen.
Do meditation for at least 45 days post this 8-day discourse, this will help build your practice. Try with an
open mind and see the results for yourself and then decide if you wish to continue.
Lastly this will prepare you for whatever to come in Y2021, as you would have learned to meditate and go
within, as Paramatma is within!!
P​AGE​ 3
Corona period has taught us two things:
- Paramatma is within you, there is no other way left, one must go within. So, practice going within.
- This issue has impacted each human being in the same way, ​all are equal​.
- It is important to learn to live in Atma bhav (at Soul Consciousness), so learn to meditate, and stay
balanced and help all around you to stay balanced. This will help you to maintain a positive
perspective.
MEDITATION
Please sit on the floor if possible, as the gravitational force of earth will balance you, else at least keep
your bare feet on the floor.
Close your eyes
Put your hand on top of your head, press slightly and rotate clockwise thrice, this will help you to keep
your chitt on Sahastrar (Crown Chakra).
Then slowly bring your hand down and keep your palms open in front of you (on your knees).
Now be still and repeat the mantra thrice, this will help you connect with collectivity:
I am a Holy Soul
I am a Pure Soul
I am a Holy Soul
I am a Pure Soul
I am a Holy Soul
I am a Pure Soul
Pray with full feeling:
Oh Paramatma, please give me self-realization
Oh Paramatma, please give me self-realization
Oh Paramatma, please give me self-realization
Meditate for 30 minutes.

  • 1. Discover Himalayan Meditation D​AY​ 01​ N​OTES 23​rd​ December 2020
  • 2. Samagra Yoga (Complete Yoga) This knowledge from Himalaya was waiting for you from past 25 years, now the time has come that you are here! Guruji shared the story of four blind friends, who assumed how an elephant looks by only feeling one part of an elephant. Similarly, it has been assumed that Yoga asanas are complete Yog, and that is not true. Complete Yog (Ashtang Yog) 1) Yam: Leaving bad things, habits, violence etc. 2) Niyam: Following good habits. Doing good deeds. 3) Yoga Asana: Keeping body healthy​, mainly preparing your body to sit still for 30 minutes for meditation. 4) Pranayama: Controlling thoughts by controlling breath. 5) Pratyahara: Do not hear, see, speak or think bad. Learning to keep attention within. 6) Dharna: Practice of concentrating on one thing. Accepting Guru as Paramatma, this opens the receiving completely. 7) Dhyan: Meditation means putting your 100% chitt on one sadhana (meditation practice) and achieving thoughtlessness. (majority meditation techniques bring a person only till this level) 8) Samadhi: Completely getting over body consciousness and living in Atma Bhav (Soul Consciousness). This can be attained only through connecting with the living guru. There are 7 more chakras (energy centers) which are above Sahastrar (Crown) Chakra, one has to even go through them and finally merge with Divine/Universal consciousness. ​This all happens gradually through meditating regularly​. Also, in the world there is a wrong notion that meditation is only for saints and puja (devotional rituals) is for the common man, this is not correct. Common man can meditate! One can live normally and perform all duties, but still can stay as a soul, practice keeping your chitt on Crown Chakra and stay at soul level even in midst of all worldly things (like a lotus flower). P​AGE​ 1
  • 3. Another wrong notion is that meditation is to be done at the old age, in fact it should be started at young age to reap most benefits. A child has a purer chit so can connect far more quickly and easily, and in result will excel in all spheres of life. Important points: - Yog is to connect directly to Paramatma - Yog will change your life completely, will result in all-round growth - Come to Yog without any expectation - Samarpan Meditation (SM) is for free from the beginning. - Samarpan Meditation is accepted globally as it is beyond any human divisions and is for each being. - Each one gets the same anubhuti (experience) in Samarpan Meditation Sanskaar, which shows that all humans are equal and similar. - SM is not a meditation technique (which can be taught from one person to another), it is sanskaar which is passed on to the mediator by an authorized medium. - For these 8 days, do not focus on spoken words, only observe the experience you are feeling on your hands, spine and Chakras, by keeping your chitt within. - True happiness comes from within (from soul level), it should not be dependent on anyone or anything outside. o Human beings keep seeking happiness outside their whole life, but never attain permanent happiness. But if one goes within, they will feel complete, contented, will stop seeking and will learn to be happy from within. - Samarpan Meditation has no preaching from outside, it is all about meditation-meditation and meditation, it changes one from within. Then automatically what is good will stay, and bad will be left behind. - Once you reach good state by meditating regularly, bad deeds will not happen through you and you will surrender all good deeds to God/Guru, so no karma will be attached to you and you will attain Karma-Free-State (Karma-Mukt-Avastha), this is state of Moksha. - Moksha must be attained while living. - Vision of “One World” can only be attained through Yog. As Yog is a language of energy/vibrations which is experienced in the same way by each human being. - All problems/suffering are due to body consciousness, meditation practice increases soul consciousness which gradually diminishes the suffering.   • 4. - All blessings and grace are received in those 30 minutes meditation, one should practice meditation daily without fail. - Meditation cleanses the Chitt, it is food for the soul, and it is essential. - People from all over the world are attending this discourse, it is a blessing to be able to sit in the collectivity of pure souls. Meditating 100,000 days is the same as meditating once with 100,000 souls. PRE​-​MEDITATION​ P​OINTERS Once you start meditating, you will face hurdles: o At Body level​: First body will retaliate, one will cough, Yawn, itch etc., as we are not used to sitting still. Body will try to bring you out of the meditation but sit with steady determination. (Yoga asanas might help you control your body at this level). o At Mental level​: Post overcoming hurdles at body level, then mind will generate countless thoughts, as once body is still mind gets active, it is due to our conditioning. Do not try to stop or fight with thoughts, only observe them as a witnesser (Sakshi bhav). o At Intellect level​: Intellect will try its best to talk you out of meditating, by generating thoughts like ‘meditation will not happen for you’ ‘there is so much work pending’, ‘do not waste time’ etc., but let the intellect say anything, you be determined and sit for 30mins Solution for the above mentioned hurdles is to donate your 30 minutes to Guruji as GuruDakshina. - By doing this one can meditate daily, even if one gets itch at the body level, thoughts at body level and reasoning from intellect, still they should sit for 30 minutes. - Gradually all will subside and only one subtle thought will remain, and mediation will keep happening simultaneously - Ultimately even that thought will go away, and one will meditate in the thoughtless state. - But remember to sit without expectation, do not even expect that meditation will happen. Do meditation for at least 45 days post this 8-day discourse, this will help build your practice. Try with an open mind and see the results for yourself and then decide if you wish to continue. Lastly this will prepare you for whatever to come in Y2021, as you would have learned to meditate and go within, as Paramatma is within!! P​AGE​ 3
  • 5. Corona period has taught us two things: - Paramatma is within you, there is no other way left, one must go within. So, practice going within. - This issue has impacted each human being in the same way, ​all are equal​. - It is important to learn to live in Atma bhav (at Soul Consciousness), so learn to meditate, and stay balanced and help all around you to stay balanced. This will help you to maintain a positive perspective. MEDITATION Please sit on the floor if possible, as the gravitational force of earth will balance you, else at least keep your bare feet on the floor. Close your eyes Put your hand on top of your head, press slightly and rotate clockwise thrice, this will help you to keep your chitt on Sahastrar (Crown Chakra). Then slowly bring your hand down and keep your palms open in front of you (on your knees). Now be still and repeat the mantra thrice, this will help you connect with collectivity: I am a Holy Soul I am a Pure Soul I am a Holy Soul I am a Pure Soul I am a Holy Soul I am a Pure Soul Pray with full feeling: Oh Paramatma, please give me self-realization Oh Paramatma, please give me self-realization Oh Paramatma, please give me self-realization Meditate for 30 minutes.
