5. BODY LOCK
• Need of Body Lock: A Body lock is a device
which serves as shock absorber for the tipper
body.A tipper when in motion receives jolts
from potholes,speedbreakers and sudden
speed breaks.Driving in roads where there are
constructions ,dam sites a tipper is subjected
to severe rattling.Due to rattling there is wear
of the tipper body, chassis, hydraulic system.
