Submersible cable with epoxy fill to raise moisture
resistance. Sizes, styles and length are available to
meet your specific requirments.
1)
Double silicon carbide mechanical seals in an oil bath
offering abrasion resistance and snore running
capability. A wear protection ring is also fitted.
2)
Windings are class H insulation rated to 200o
C and
incorporate overheating and overload protection.
3)
Top discharge, self venting design means no more
airlocks. Jacketed design ensures motor is always
cooled even when pumping within inches of the
bottom.
4)
Semi Open, 27% Cr hardened impeller resists
abrasion and allows the pumping of large diameter
solids.
5)
27% Cr agitator helps to keep solids in suspension
thereby minimising the settlement of pump solids
in the pump or piping.
6)
27% Cr wear plate to reduce abrasion. can be
adjusted externally to keep effeciency at a maximum.
7)
Replaceble stainless steel shaft sleeve to protect the
shaft.
8)
SLD Sludge pump submersible pumps are smaller,
lighter, easier to repair and offer substantial
operational savings when compared to
cantilever sump pumps.
9)
Stainless steel, Ni-Resist and other material variants
are also available.

The SLD Sludge pump has been designed to efficiently
pump contaminated fluids containing solids in
suspension to a maximum of 70% by weight.
A heavy duty 27% Cr agitator helps keeps solids in
suspension.
The SLD Sludge pump series are small, slimline and
lighter than a Vertical Cantilever Sump pump thereby
offering cost reductions & savings in man-hours,
repairs and transportation.
