 A Compensation Plan for those who bill the most in the company and help in the expansion of the business.
 A system of extra incomes.
 It allows you to climb and position yourself as a company leader.
 With the Career Plan you have access to the Infinity Bonus of your downline.
 It is designed for everyone, even though it lacks experience in the sector.
 Access to other incentives (travel, promotions, etc.).
 Infinity Bonus from 1% up to 6,5%.
 President Bonus from 0,5% to 1%.
 Maching Bonus of 1% in all teams (less Junior Team).
 Easy access to the Leaders Plan just from 1000€ of your group turnover.
 To qualify you only need to reach the goals in a month.
 You earn Bonus even of your own qualifying month.

 Goldbex's career plan is designed for 6 different teams.
 To climb them, it is important your personal work and work team turnover.
Qualifications

 Only franchisees with active gold accumulation plans have access to the company's Career Plan.
 The qualification must be made within a natural month.
 You need a minimum personal work and work team turnover.
 The customers referrals must have a minimum of one gold accumulation plan active.
 The 50% of those customers must also have their franchise contracts active.
 The active direct customers can accumulate them in several months..

Junior Team
To climb to the positionof "Junior Team" you need:
 2 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifying month.
 1 of them must have an active franchising.
 1.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth.
You obtain Infinity Bonus of 1% of your group turnover.
For this team there is not a Matching Bonus

Group Volume (vp) = 1 € Turnover = 1 vp
Success Team
To climb to the positionof “Success Team” you need:
 4 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifying month.
 2 of them must have an active franchising.
 7.500 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth.
You obtain Infinity Bonus of 2% of your group turnover.
Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level.

Group Volume (vp) = 1 € Turnover = 1 vp
Leaders Team
To climb to the positionof “LeadersTeam" you need:
 6 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifyingmonth.

 15.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth.
You obtain Infinity Bonus of 3,5% of your group turnover.
Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level.

Executive Team
To climb to the positionof “ExecutiveTeam" you need:
 8 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifyingmonth.

 30.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth.
You obtain Infinity Bonus of 4,5% of your group turnover.
Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level.

Managers Team
To climb to the positionof “ManagersTeam" you need:
 10 cli directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifyingmonth.
 5 of them must have an active franchising.
 60.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth.
You obtain Infinity Bonus of 5,5% of your group turnover.
Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level.

President Team
To climb to the positionof “PresidentTeam" you need:
 12 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifying month.

 120.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth.
You obtain Infinity Bonus of 6,5% of your group turnover.
Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level.

 Exclusive only for President Team members.
 From 0.5% to 1% , in addition to the Infinity Bonus and Matching Bonus*
 To qualify one must have 2 or 3 Presidents on different lines.

Do my direct referrals have always comply with the 50% of the rule?

What is an active customer?

If I am President Team, Can I collect an Executive Team Bonus?
 Yes, notwithstanding the above of the team that you have previously qualified, the Infinity Bonus will be paid according to your
personal work and group turnover that you have made during that month.
Have I requalify monthly to have the right to Infinity Bonus?

 Not, because the company pays a maximum of 6.5% of the total turnover.
 When in the same line there are several people who are in executive team, it will always apply the Differential Bonus.
 The Differential Bonus is the subtraction of the bonus which we have the right less the our qualified downline.
For example, If I am President Team, Do I receive always the 6,5% of my group turnover?

and it will be always a 1% of all the turnover of that specifically line.
When do I receive my Maching Bonus?
 In your Virtual office, you will be able to check the level that you have in the company and also download the diploma that
recognizes you as a new member of one of the executive teams of Goldbex.
How Can I know when I have qualified for a new team?
 At the same that Infinity Bonus, the Maching Bonus is paid every 15th of each month.

What is Goldbex’s Career Plan ? “Do not put limits and climb between different levels in the Career Plan”  A Compensation Plan for those who bill the most in the company and help in the expansion of the business.  A system of extra incomes.  It allows you to climb and position yourself as a company leader.  With the Career Plan you have access to the Infinity Bonus of your downline.  It is designed for everyone, even though it lacks experience in the sector.  Access to other incentives (travel, promotions, etc.).
  • 3.  Infinity Bonus from 1% up to 6,5%.  President Bonus from 0,5% to 1%.  Maching Bonus of 1% in all teams (less Junior Team).  Easy access to the Leaders Plan just from 1000€ of your group turnover.  To qualify you only need to reach the goals in a month.  You earn Bonus even of your own qualifying month.   • 4. Leaders Plan  Goldbex's career plan is designed for 6 different teams.  To climb them, it is important your personal work and work team turnover.
  • 6.  Only franchisees with active gold accumulation plans have access to the company's Career Plan.  The qualification must be made within a natural month.  You need a minimum personal work and work team turnover.  The customers referrals must have a minimum of one gold accumulation plan active.  The 50% of those customers must also have their franchise contracts active.  The active direct customers can accumulate them in several months.. Junior Team To climb to the positionof "Junior Team" you need:  2 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifying month.  1 of them must have an active franchising.  1.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth. You obtain Infinity Bonus of 1% of your group turnover. For this team there is not a Matching Bonus “It is considered as a direct active customer who has a contract of gold accumulation not expired..” Group Volume (vp) = 1 € Turnover = 1 vp

Success Team To climb to the positionof “Success Team” you need:  4 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifying month.  2 of them must have an active franchising.  7.500 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth. You obtain Infinity Bonus of 2% of your group turnover. Leaders Team To climb to the positionof “LeadersTeam" you need:  6 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifyingmonth.  3 of them must have an active franchising..  15.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth. You obtain Infinity Bonus of 3,5% of your group turnover. Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level. “It is considered as a direct active customer who has a contract of gold accumulation not expired..” Group Volume (vp) = 1 € Turnover = 1 vp

Executive Team To climb to the positionof “ExecutiveTeam" you need:  8 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifyingmonth.  4 of them must have an active franchising.  30.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth. You obtain Infinity Bonus of 4,5% of your group turnover. Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level. “It is considered as a direct active customer who has a contract of gold accumulation not expired..” Group Volume (vp) = 1 € Turnover = 1 vp

Managers Team To climb to the positionof “ManagersTeam" you need:  10 cli directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifyingmonth.  5 of them must have an active franchising.  60.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth. You obtain Infinity Bonus of 5,5% of your group turnover. Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level. “It is considered as a direct active customer who has a contract of gold accumulation not expired..” Group Volume (vp) = 1 € Turnover = 1 vp

President Team To climb to the positionof “PresidentTeam" you need:  12 directcustomerswith an active accumulation plan in the qualifying month.  6 of them must have an active franchising.  120.000 point of volume in the qualifyingmonth. You obtain Infinity Bonus of 6,5% of your group turnover. Maching Bonus, 1%, applies for those people who climb in the same level or exceedin the level. “It is considered as a direct active customer who has a contract of gold accumulation not expired..” Group Volume (vp) = 1 € Turnover = 1 vp
  • 15. President Bonus  Exclusive only for President Team members.  From 0.5% to 1% , in addition to the Infinity Bonus and Matching Bonus*  To qualify one must have 2 or 3 Presidents on different lines. 0,5% 1% President with 2 diamonds President with 3 diamonds  In the case of the other remaining lines, this bonus is added to the Infinity Bonus.
  • 17.  Effectively, in order to access the Goldbex's Career Plan you have to be franchise and have your franchising up to date with payment. FAQ’S Do I have to be franchise to collect the Infinity Bonus?  Yes, to take into account your direct referrals have to be one gold accumulation plan active and be also a franchise with up-to- date of payment quote. FAQ’S  Not, because the company pays a maximum of 6.5% of the total turnover.  When in the same line there are several people who are in executive team, it will always apply the Differential Bonus.  The Differential Bonus is the subtraction of the bonus which we have the right less the our qualified downline. For example, If I am President Team, Do I receive always the 6,5% of my group turnover? FAQ’S Faq’s  This bonus is paid when someone of your downline equalise you in the level of the Career Plan and cuts you the infinity Bonus and it will be always a 1% of all the turnover of that specifically line. When do I receive my Maching Bonus?  In your Virtual office, you will be able to check the level that you have in the company and also download the diploma that recognizes you as a new member of one of the executive teams of Goldbex.
