Frequently Asked Questions related to Job Deliverables & Performance based Incentive: -
1. What are my Key Deliverables?
 Service & Up sell - To provide services and up sell to the clients
 Appointments - To call and setup 4 Appointments per day
 Target
- Revenue equivalent to salary into 10 time, through Upsell /Renewals per
month
 Travel - Cover a territory of 75Kms (Average) Per Day
 Conveyance
- I must have my own conveyance, valid license and Registration Certificate
for my conveyance, for travel
2. Will I be provided training?
Yes, as a progressive Organization we believe in training and nurturing our employees. You will undergo 6 days of
classroom training followed by 6 days on the job training.
3. When will I start earning the Incentive?
You will start earning the incentive as soon as you make Revenue two times of your Salary/ Week.
4. On what basis my incentive will be calculated?
Incentive is calculated on Weekly basis linked to your Performance. You will be eligible for incentives only after you
achieve the Revenue basis the table below:
Note: Month is defined as last 4 consecutive weeks
5. What is the Maximum incentive amount?
The incentive is not restrictive & there is no cap on earning Incentives.
6. When will I be paid my Incentive?
Unlike most of the Companies who pay incentive on Annual or Quarterly basis we Reward our Sales Professionals
by paying sales incentive on Weekly basis.
For eg – The incentive for 1
st
week of a month will be payable in first week of next month, for 2
nd
week of a month
will be payable in 2
nd
week of next month and so on.
