MspI enzyme
• This allows detection of > 80% of
CpG sites while requiring
< 5% of the sequencing.

immune precipitation based hMeDIP and also at single nucleotide
resolution, using our new oxidative bisulphite array, oxEPIC.

Bisulfite Amplicon Sequencing (BSAS)
• BSAS: PCR based bisulfite amplicon sequencing is suitable for targets up to
250 bp in all species
• Custom capture probes: Can be used for targets from 200 Kb to 24 Mb.
Suitable for use with all species.
• Pyrosequencing: Suitable for human, mouse, rat and monkey samples.
Targets up to 80 bp can be analysed from samples of 100-200ng
