DHTML allows scripts to dynamically change HTML page content after loading to make pages more interactive, using technologies that animate documents. The key difference is that HTML provides static page structure, while DHTML enables dynamic changes via scripts during page viewing.

2. HTML
a. HTML stands for Hyper Text Mark up Language.
b. HTML is a client side mark up language.
c. It does not support operator ,control structure , variable, functions like
programming .
d. It does not compiled.
e. It is interpreted by the interpreter where the interpreter is a browser i.e.
HTML execute through browser.
f. HTML is used to design a webpage.
g. HTML provide web element such as table , text box, panel ,form ,etc.
h. Element is known as Tag.
i. Each tag associate with some attribute.
j. Attribute is used to change the behaviours of the element.

3. DHTML
 DHTML stands for dynamic HTML.
 DHTML is not a language or a Web Standard.
 DHTML is a TERM is used to describe the technologies used to make webpages
dynamic and interactive that allow document to be animate.
 DHTML allows scripting languages to change variables in a web page's
definition language, which in turn affects the look and function of otherwise
"static" HTML page content, after the page has been fully loaded and during
the viewing process.
 Thus the dynamic characteristic of DHTML is the way it functions while a
page is viewed, not in its ability to generate a unique page with each page
load.
