in 8 Administrative Areas and 40 Administrative Departments of the Upstream Business Line. This indicated the
portfolio health, team performance, key performance indices (KPIs), trend analysis and alignment to strategic
business objectives.
Championed the implementation of SMART initiatives including designing KPIs for 40 Administrative
Departments of the Upstream Business Line and 6 upstream research teams, coached 100 users in SMART
initiative management, served as primary liaison between researchers and senior management.
