 Planning & Execution: Preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution
methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections / budgets and periodic monitoring. Supervising all
construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with
site management activities. Coordinating with Architects / Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes as
required.
 Project Management: Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with
Architects/Collaborators/Promoters. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project
within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Participating in
project meetings for evaluating project progress providing technical inputs.
 Site Management: Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for
methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Overseeing a team of Engineers
for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the
quantity & quality.
 Contracts Administration & Management: Monitoring and supervising the preparation of tender drawings /
specifications & finalization of requirements & estimates; interpreting contractual obligations & rights and
evaluating technical / financial problems for reporting the same to the department / management.
