Reliance CSR Rural transformation • Empowered 43,000+ villages thru various rural transformation initiatives • Enhanced livelihood of 17 lakh farmers/fisherfolk; Created 131+ lakh cubic meters of water harvesting capacity • Strengthened 2,600 Community-based Organizations (CBOs), including GPs, SHGs and FPOs; provided leadership training to 10,000+ elected representatives & village leaders and 8,400+ women of SHGs and Federations. • Supported 30 FPOs in 12 states Health • Provided 2.3+ lakh health consultations thru Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), Static Medical Units (SMUs) and Community Health Centres ( CHCs) • Screened women & children for anaemia and malnutrition respectively; conducted corneal transplants under RF Drishti • 136,000+ mothers registered through ASMAN app; detected 51,000 high-risk cases and sent 65,000 notifications to doctors for timely case management • Launched One Stop Breast Clinic in January 2021 • 45,260 units of blood donated to 73,000+ beneficiaries thru blood donation camps during the year
