Coordinate with the CRM to receive the Interior Specifications agreed by the Clients for their office
(Workstation specs, Wall Color, Carpet, furniture, electrical points etc.)
Design the Interior based on client requirement and with standard specifications.
Coordinate with project team/Interior Design vendor to execute requirements of clients in terms of furnishings
and fixtures.
Instruct and guide the Design Team in creating the most optimal Reflected Ceiling Plan, Elevation drawings,
HVAC drawings, Flooring plans etc.
Review and provide approval of final Reflected Ceiling Plan, Elevation drawings, HVAC drawings, Flooring plans etc.
Coordinate regularly with the CRM, Procurement and Projects Team to receive project status updates,
identify risks and manage emerging issues.
Share the approved RCP to the HVAC vendor and follow up for the Final designs and get the same reviewed
and approved.
Work out the Flooring plans basis specific inputs from Clients (Wall Color, Carpet, furniture, electrical points etc.)
Work out the Elevation drawings of all the partitions.
Timely On-the-go updating of Designs basis Site conditions and complications
Cost effective Material selections for the designed interiors.
Site inspection to measure and understand the efficiency of a building in terms of Column
positioning,Well defined shafts, Shape of the building, Power sanction, location of lifts, location of
entrance etc.
Builder's Area Verification with the help of existing drawings and through Onsite verification
Identification of floor plan efficiency by creating initial Test Fit
Optimize space efficiency through design and Test Fits
Coordinate with the Management for approval of designs in terms of space planning and costing.
Provide the final Go to Market Test Fit and provide ample design details and workspace information
to the sales and Marketing team.
Work closely with the Design team and the management to work out multiple Test fit Options.
Work exclusively on the Raceway designs and get the same reviewed and approved by Management.

Creating robust end-to-end processes for managing projects in collaboration with the project management team.
Co-ordinating and working closely with the project / CRM / sales team to execute the design close to Perfection.
Follow-up with respective delivery groups to track the progress of client mandates.
Providing necessary intervention with clients to clear initial roadblocks for fulfillment.
Frequent site visits with the Designer in-charge for the execution of the design
Addressing all concerns / queries that delivery team has about the design.
To prepare list of items to be estimated, accordingly work out quantification of each of them.
To prepare a detailed BOQ for understanding of Budget for all the Interior Projects across buildings.
Ensure timely and accurate Estimation.
Preparation of detail & abstract estimation for each client as per standards
Optimize and understand the specification of each interior materials for project execution.
Help the Facility Department in working out Parking Plans
Working out As Built Service drawings for Existing Buildings for Facility purposes
Assist the Finance Department in designing the Standard Blueprint drawings for STPI Bonding purposes
Train and Coordinate with the Facility Team member in getting the measurements verified for Auditing.
Document the measurements and create comparison with the measurements in the Invoice.
Submit the final Audit documents to Finance Team
Make visits to Client offices and sites in order to freeze the layouts and Designs within the stipulated time.
Explain and educate the client regarding the design challenges and practicality of the executions wherever necessary
Provide on time responses to client queries / requests through the CRM.
Work closely with clients/client representatives to determine space and logistical requirements, deliverables,
anddeadlines.
Communicate and coordinate with management to alter and finalize the design based on client requirements.
