account number need to settle their guest
invoices within 30 days from the date of
submission.
Procedure to open credit facility:
- The credit application form needs to be filled
- Copy of chamber of commerce for the Co. to
be attached.
- Copy of Registration certificate for the Co. to
be attached.

Chamber of Commerce.
- After submission of the above documents to
the credit Manager.
- Credit Manager to make the market survey

- GM and FC to decide based on the report

Cleaning is everyday from 10-12
Housekeeping are responsible for cleaning all
facility in the hotel.
Lost and found: Housekeeping keep lost
items 6-12 months.
Do not disturb: after 18:00 it is mandatory to
call the guest to check if he/she is safe.
