be very helpful to my future in hospitality industry.
 General
- Outlets. In other words restaurants. Opening
time and closing.
- Health club.
- Rooms codes. (STD- Standard King Smoking.
+ SKN, STS, STN, SUP, SPT, AKS, SPN, RCL,
JUN, JNT.)
 Reward programs.
 Receptionist who addressed the rooms for
clients.
 Leaving a multi charger in the reception for
our guests. (like the airport)
 Time distance to the Airport is a main reason
for cooperates.
 Many Categories, Most importantly:
- M&E. there are many and different types and
spaces of meeting rooms.
- Outlets. There are 4. different styles and
cuisines. + O.S.C.+ Banquet.
- One touch service. (Room service).
 HACCP is how to achieve the highest safety
and hygiene of the food and employees.
 FIFO.
 Credit Facility : Companies with the A/R
account number need to settle their guest
invoices within 30 days from the date of
submission.
 Procedure to open credit facility:
- The credit application form needs to be filled
- Copy of chamber of commerce for the Co. to
be attached.
- Copy of Registration certificate for the Co. to
be attached.
- Credit application form to be stamped by
Chamber of Commerce.
- After submission of the above documents to
the credit Manager.
- Credit Manager to make the market survey
for the application. (any company applied)
- GM and FC to decide based on the report
from the survey of credit manager.
 Payments. (to ensure of taking the business
deal).
 Every access card has a large memory for
entering rooms by holder card name.
 Cleaning is everyday from 10-12
 Housekeeping are responsible for cleaning all
facility in the hotel.
 Lost and found: Housekeeping keep lost
items 6-12 months.
 Do not disturb: after 18:00 it is mandatory to
call the guest to check if he/she is safe.

1-Room Rev./ Total inventory ( Total rooms).
2- Occ.% * ADR (Average Daily Room)

 Extending space for hotel products.
 Create advantages deals with companies or
who want to be sponsored.
 People have to know the brand.
 Study the market.
- Clients needs
- Level of the competition.
 Exchanging for benefits both sides.
 Creating a football League
 Create a academy for young talent.
 Getting a memberships of English and
Spanish Leagues to show them in the hotel.

 Use it to bring business closer.
 Everyone (mid positions) should use it.
 Create a nice formal message to introduce
and attract to connections.
