Roles and Responsibilities
 Strategy Development
 Working closely with the management to develop business plans and implement strategies that
would attain the company good prospects
 Develop business development related strategies to enhance the business opportunities of the
organization
 Involved in launch of various online educational programs which is not limited to maternal and
child health, tropical medicine, occupational health and safety, and business development, etc
 Develop and review company specific SOPs, business development related presentations,
organization’s compliance policies, and other related documents
 Content Development
 Prepare slide decks and other educational materials for students and preparing handouts and
MCQs up on approval
 Developed and reviewed various slide decks and educational materials in maternal and child
health (MCH), tropical medicine, occupational health and safety,and business development as per
JLI requirements
 Reviewing presentations and other educational materials, accurately incorporating formatting
changes as per JLI template
 Answering the queries raised by free-lancers and other internal team members
 Perform quality control (QC) checking/proof reading of above documents to meet company
requirements
 Learning Portal Management
 Addressing the queries raised by students in OCTC (online campus tutorial center) by performing
literature search
 Regularly monitoring the of learning management system (LMS) to identify the quality issues of
all the tools and identifying the technical glitches, if any
 Lead Generation
 Identifying prospects of novel business opportunities, through social networking media like
Facebook, Linkedin, and referrals to enhance the business capabilities of the organization
 Identifying and contacting potential clients for various projects and interacting with through TCs
and emails
 Project Management
 Managing free-lancers which includes assigning projects and reviewing all projects delivered by
free-lancers
 Coordinating with all free-lancers on a regular basis for timely delivery of assigned projects and
tracking projects and related activities in spreadsheet
 Attending regular TCs with different clients on weekly basis
 Digital Marketing
 Preparing blog posts, email campaigns and monthly newsletters for company website
 Working on LinkedIn paid adds campaigns
 Perform additional tasks as assigned
