 Total looking after inspections of structural steel like Material Inspection, fabrication,
alignment and final SSSSinspection of Power house, Mill Bunker.
 Preparing Monthly and weekly planning for Fabrication and Erection work of steel structure
as per priority of work sequence.
 Managing and looking after activities related to fabrication and erection with Staff/Engineers.
 Managing time to time records of raw material requirement of fabrication work.
 Discussing with staff related to updated shop and scope drawings.
 Looking after heavy erection work like erection of bunker structure (Approx 62 m height).
 Maintaining monthly material reconciliation statement like RA bill of sub-contractors and
own organization RA bill to client.
 Co-ordinating with Civil Clients, department, third party inspection to enhance the
productivity.
 Discussing with staff to resolve some critical problems at site ,some time discuss with the
Designers to resolve the site issues.
 Looking after monthly loading of sub-contractors for fabrication and erection work.
 Certifying sub-contractor’ RA bills and maintains the control register for certified bills.
 Preparing the SKETCH/DETAIL drawing from scope drawing in the absence of detail
drawing at site.
Attending weekly/monthly meeting with the Client.
