• Negro Act of 1740
• From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
• The comprehensive Negro Act of 1740 was passed in the Province of
South Carolina, during colonial Governor William Bull's time in office,
in response to the Stono Rebellion in 1739.[1]
• The act made it illegal for enslaved Africans to move abroad,
assemble in groups, raise food, earn money, and learn to write
(though reading was not proscribed). Additionally, owners were
permitted to kill rebellious slaves if necessary.[2] The Act remained in
effect until 1865.[3]
• John Belton O'Neall summarized the 1740 South Carolina law, in his
written work, The Negro Law of South Carolina, when he stated: "A
slave may, by the consent of his master, acquire and hold personal
property. All, thus required, is regarded in law as that of the
master."[4][5] Across the South, state supreme courts supported the
position of this law.[6] O'Neall was the only one to express protest
against the Act, arguing for the propriety of receiving testimony from
enslaved Africans (many of whom, by 1848, were Christians) under
oath: "Negroes (slave or free) will feel the sanctions of an oath, with
as much force as any of the ignorant classes of white people, in a
Christian country."[7][5]

attorneys in building 810 [and Judy Valois from FL, their second
headquarters].
BLUF: We won our case as we have several acceptable claims
in the transmittal record. The Army locked the claims in the safe
server. The VA (ORM) tried to trick using 9 fake claims. We
caught them both times (French and Jada). Jada is a baby
intern they used. The picture on the left is the proof that
everyone knows the truth but continues [but cannot] to play with
us as per:
(1) the WESTFALL ACT, nobody (Fake government/Deep
State) can not touch our case
(2) The follow the rules of corporate law so no corruption,
fraud, waste, and subornation of perjury is allowed

Willful Legal Abuse Syndrome, (2) Coordinating with the VA, (3) issuing void orders, (4) issuing no orders, (5) allowing the Hillsborough
Sheriff’s Department to gaslight and steal the elderly, (6) Ignoring the Hillsborough Sheriff's Department to break and enter homes, (7) not
NOT establishing SMJ, (8) allowing the prosecutor to offer my client relief to the state without establishing SMJ, (9) altering documents, (10)
manufacturing evidence, (11) collecting ADA funds and denying ADA RIGHT/ reasonable accommodations, (12) setting Americans up using
the Child and Adult protection agencies, (13) hiring nurses to go over to my clients house illegally and offering them Blood pressure medicine
and Tylenol without knowing the real issue.
Note: Luanne Simmons was the first ADA client and the 13 Circuit Court and Hillsborough sheriff's department abused both on camera without

(CNN)An African-American man convicted of alleged rape was granted a posthumous pardon Friday, nearly 100 years after angry mobs lynched three others arrested
with him in Minnesota. The killings in Duluth, far from the racial tensions that gripped the South at the time, sent shockwaves nationwide. Max Mason was accused of
raping Irene Tusken, a white woman, in the small city 160 miles from Minneapolis.
The incident started on June 15, 1920, when she alleged Mason and five other black circus workers held her at gunpoint and assaulted her. There was no evidence to
support the claims, and a family doctor who examined her found no signs of rape or assault, according to the Minnesota Historical Society. Duluth Police arrested Mason
and five others in the case that was widely covered by local media. They held them at the police station, where the bloodthirsty crowd of thousands of people gathered
outside on the night of their arrests. Armed with bricks, rails and heavy timbers, they tore down doors and broke windows in the jail. They pulled all six black men from
their cell and held a quick mock trial that declared three of them guilty. Despite pleas from some in the crowd, the three men -- Isaac McGhie, Elmer Jackson and Elias
Clayton -- were dragged out of their cell, beaten and lynched. "They met little resistance from the police, who had been ordered not to use their guns," the historical society
said. The Minnesota National Guard later arrived and protected the three remaining suspects, including Mason. The site of their deaths is now the Clayton Jackson
McGhie Memorial. It's inscribed with the words of author Edmund Burke: "An event has happened upon which it is difficult to speak and impossible to remain silent."
Outrage in the community
The local black community was outraged and demanded the killers be arrested and punished. Three were tried and sentenced to months in prison for rioting, but none of
them got a murder conviction, the historical society said. The other suspects in the rape were acquitted but Mason was convicted and sentenced to about 30 years in
prison despite scant evidence. He started his sentence and was paroled in 1925, less than five years later, on condition that he leave the state. Even then, many people
believed the conviction was wrong, Ellison said. Mason moved to Alabama, where he raised a family until his death, Ellison said. Horrified by the lynchings, many other
black people fled the town. Others moved out-of-state. "From 1920 to 1930, as Duluth grew overall by 2,000 persons, the city's black population dropped 16 percent.
Some moved to the Twin Cities, or places more distant, such as California," the historical society said.
Tusken died in 1996, local media reported.
