• Executive Director and CEO of Rainbow Productions Ltd, the largest production
house of Eastern India and Executive Director of Aarambh Advertising Ltd

It was during his tenure that Rainbow Productions became a public limited
enterprise with a turnover of over 100 crores and a daily output of 6 hours of
television programming on several channels and earned the distinction of
producing the longest running daily soap in the history of Indian television
(Janmabhoomi telecast on Doordarshan Kolkata 1997-2004) besides several
news and current affairs programmes including the first privately produced
daily news on Doordarshan Kolkata. They had also produced 3 feature films
with Sudipto as the Line Producer.
Aarambh Advertising earned the distinction of successfully marketing over 3000
seconds of FCT on Doordarshan.

3. He ideated and supervised all the productions of the company, presented and
pitched for programmes to all the channels, and wrote and directed his own
