Films Division (Govt of India) as well as other organizations and multi-
national corporations on varied subject. Some of them are-
Gulzar – Personality film about the famous Writer/Director (35mm/10
mins)
Khayal – About Indian Classical music (70 mnts/35mm)
Ustaad Zakir Hussein was the Anchor Eminent maestros like Pt Ravi
Shankar, Pt Bhimsen Joshi, Pt Jasraj, Pt Kumar Gandharva, and
many others appeared in interviews and singing demonstrations. Shot on
locations like Fatehpur-Sikri, Taj Mahal, Lake Palace, Gwalior Fort, Amer
Fort etc
Song of Silence – About the aboriginal tribes of Andaman Nicobar.
Paithani-The Royal Heritage - A film for Films Division about
‘Paithani’, a hand-woven saree of Maharashtra.
There are many other projects made for corporate and private
producers like - Local trains, Zoo animals, Bhill tribes of Satpura, Child
nutrition, Sound pollution, Pesticide promotion, Computer use, Aids
Awareness etc.

Made many programmes (Fiction, Non-fiction, Indoor, Outdoor, Single
camera, Multi camera etc.) Some of them are-
Sakhi – Producer, Director for the Women’s Program for E TV-
Marathi. (1 hour daily for 1 year)

Marathi starring Naseeruddin Shah, Vikram Gokhale, Sonali Kulkarni

coverage of Ganesh Immersion procession in Pune for E TV

As A Journalist –

• Editor of ‘Fusion’, the in-flight magazine of East West Airlines
 Written many articles for prestigious publications like Indian Express,
Screen, Mid Day, Z- Premiere, Jetwings (English) Swarajya, and Sakal,
Kesari (Marathi) on film-based and other subjects.
 Written a travelogue about my experiences while shooting in Andaman
Nicobar. Won the Best Book of the Year award from Sahitya Parishad.
