As eSys has global operation across the globe through its subsidiaries, the need to have a
BACK OFFICE in INDIA was felt and I had been assigned an important position in MIS team
to make operational its global functions. My job profile includes preparation of the following
reports using MICROSOFT NAVISION ERP.
1.Preparation of Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow, Fund Flow,
Inventory valuation, Ratio Analysis, Budgeting etc.
2. Preparing Debtors, Creditors, Inventory Aging Analysis and Reporting
3. Preparing Financial Analysis Statements.
4. Preparation of financial module of MIS reports
5. Preparation of Debtors, creditors and Branch Reconciliation Statements.
6. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
7.4% SAD Refund from Customs against VAT payment.
