Fund flow statement do not gives the complete financial information. These statements give the
information of funds on a particular date. The purpose of preparation of fund flow statement is to know
about from where the funds are coming and where the funds are being invested. It is generally prepared
form the date identifiable and profit and loss account and balance sheet. Fund Flow Statement is also
called as SOURCE & APPLICATION OF FUNDS. Its shows the details of funds business received form
source and the amount of fund the business used for different purposes in the year.
