of systems to be upgraded to the EPIC system. Includes, verifying naming conventions of hardware with IP
addresses and IDs. Setting Downtime computer/printer resources. Verifying both physical and network locations
of hardware. The use of Sharepoint software to gain information on job sites for TDR.

several other State and Federal medals/ribbons. Received the German Army Physical Training Badge in Bronze,
a recognition award from Panzer Pioneer Kompanie 3 of West Germany for joint forces training. Have received
my 20 year retirement letter from the U.S. Army and continued on to retire after 30 years of service in August of
2014.
