would study. Held meetings with the staff about the management of
the Academy. Worked with all stakeholders in regards to the running
of the school. Conducted a culminating assembly to celebrate the
endeavors the teachers and students encountered all summer.
Interviewed and hired a staff of twenty to complete summer
academy.
Maintained the summer budget and came in under budget.
In collaboration with the staff created the theme: Children of
the World.
Every Monday staff meetings were held as well as a daily note
located by the staff sign in sheet for any daily communication.
