Started as a tutor at this after school program and promoted up to increasingly responsible positions within 8
years for this educational nonprofit, which worked long term with over 300 children and teens with the goal of
having them achieve and attend college. Managed and coordinated numerous projects and services including
outreach, crisis and behavioral interventions.

Achievement: Students were failing in the public school in spite of enrollment I the program. Worked on a
project to establish a mini school within MWEP to address the needs of at risk students. Program was
successful in graduating 100% of the students to the next level, and is currently still operating.

Developed a collaborative process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options
and services for 50-75 students.
