Started as a tutor at this after school program and promoted up to increasingly responsible positions within 8
years for this educational nonprofit, which worked long term with over 300 children and teens with the goal of

Achievement: Students were failing in the public school in spite of enrollment I the program. Worked on a
project to establish a mini school within MWEP to address the needs of at risk students. Program was
successful in graduating 100% of the students to the next level, and is currently still operating.
