This document summarizes three initiatives - S-BOARD, X-REVIEW, and F-Collaborate - undertaken by scrum teams to improve performance.
For S-BOARD, teams created a visual representation of sprint goals and were rated. This helped reduce rework by forcing teams to thoroughly plan logistics. X-REVIEW involved cross-team analysis of burn down charts and acceptance criteria to induce competition and expose teams to different working styles. F-Collaborate broke down silos by providing exposure to other functions, tools, and technologies through collaborative training and quizzes with rewards to motivate performance improvements.
