customers' local and global needs and attempts to fulfill them through a variety of domestic and international
services. Sales Force Sales Applications help Organizations to improve Sales and customer service by enabling
users to share and mange all relevant information about Customers and partners. The project involves the
configuration of Sales Force applications to accommodate Leads, Opportunities, Customers, Agreements and
Contacts. Based on their requirements we customized an application that well suited for them.

(HCP – Health Care Professional, HCO – Health Care Organisation). This Project involves supporting the
application i.e., dealing with the issues faced by Clinical Specialists (Sales Représentative) in registering calls,
issues in access for individuals with the accounts and many other. Also involves maintaining the changes made
to the accouant.It involves dealing with the Reports and dashboards as well.
Responsibilities:
• Configuration and support of the CRM Application which involves building user interface, implementing
business logic using workflows, validations & approval processes , data monitoring & management,
Reports, Dashboards.
• Used Data Loader for insert, update, and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com Objects.
Used it to read, extract, and load data from comma separated values (CSV) files.
• Implemented web based case management automation – Web to Case (on Case Object) to track and
solve customer’s issues.

4. Role : Trainee Program Analyst
Description : Web and Enterprise Content Management refers to the process of creating, editing,
storing, organizing and publishing the various types of content of an organization in its website.The entire
application is controlled by the administrator. Once the content is created by the respective authorities,
Administrator is responsible for hosting the content on the web site and providing security to access and edit
the content. In this context content is divided into different types for easy management like Developer Content,
Manager Content.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and implement application database code objects, such as stored procedures and views.
• Build and maintain SQL scripts, indexes, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
• Provide database coding to support business applications using Sybase T-SQL.
Perform quality assurance and testing of SQL server environment.
• Develop new processes to facilitate import and normalization, including data file for counterparties.
• Work with business stakeholders, application developers, and production teams and across functional
units to identify business needs and discuss solution options.
