2. Jon Snow
• Jon Snow is an English journalist and
presenter, currently employed by ITN.
• He has been the face of Channel 4 since 1989
• He reported news such as the earthquake in
Haiti and Nelson Mandela’s release.
• He has won several RTS Awards
– 2 for reports from El Salvador
– 1 for his reporting of the Kegworth air disaster
– 2 as "Presenter of the Year".
3. Destiny Ekaragha
• She is a film director and has recently
directed her first feature film called
‘Gone Too Far.’
• After various runner jobs, including a stint at BBC
Films, Destiny teamed up with producer Tamana
Bleasdale to make her first short film ‘Tight Jeans’
which she both wrote and directed.
• ‘Tight Jeans’ was voted the best short film shown
at the London Film Festival by The Observer
newspaper.
4. Pete Fraser
• He is a chief examiner.
• The chair of the Media Education Association.
• He has also been a Film and Media Studies
teacher for nearly 30 years.
• Pete blogs regularly for Media Magazine at
petesmediablog.
• For the last 2 years he has been project lead
on the BFI Film Academy.
5. Jake Wynne
• He is a director and editor.
• He directed and edited a range of award
winning music videos for artists such as the
Spice Girls and Robbie Williams.
• His commercial works has included spots for
Nescafe, BMW and Nike.
• He is now developing feature film screenplays
and short films.

• He is a columnist and author
• He published his award winning book in 2011
called ‘Chavs: The Demonisation of the
Working Class.’
• He has been a columnist for The Independent
and The Guardian.
• He has appeared on Newsnight, Channel 4
and Sky News.
