Kindly find attached herewith, my latest resume for this position. I currently have almost 17
years of hands-on experience with IT Networks LAN/WAN Infrastructures & User Support
Helpdesk Management functional areas. I have studied MSEE degree in Elec. Engg., at The
University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK, USA and have successfully defended and passed the
Master’s Thesis dissertation part [Did not receive a formal MSEE degree]. I have completed
the ITIL 2011 Foundation Certificate in March 2014.
Basically, I can offer my services to help your company’s IT Teams in the following areas:
1. Positions in Networks LAN-WAN Infra uptime monitoring, management, administration
& Support operations. Network Bandwidth optimization for LAN-WAN thru' TCP/IP Protocol
Analyzer reports. Preparation of Monthly WAN Uptime and Bandwidth Utilization reports for
Upper Management. Network upgrades & optimization project management areas.
2. BCP & Operations Management and Servicing from IT end. DR Datacenter planning,
service operations & management duties. Also, can do some amount of help for "Private
Cloud" Datacenter co-location of servers to an outsourced DC; in order to help reduce
operations costs- with the implementation of Cisco UCS Blade Servers with Virtualization.
Advantage with Cisco UCS is that, we can have an uptime of over 95% with redundant-
backup virtual servers and also, have active real-time load balancing on these virtual
servers. Server hardware optimization = huge costs savings for hardware, OS licenses and
power consumption! Lesser maintenance hours are needed for these virtualized servers on
Cisco UCS boxes. If you could co-locate these servers on an Outsourced Datacenter location
in [Private Cloud], then you could save on in-house office power consumption as well.
3. Positions in IT Service Operations Helpdesk Management areas, including roles such as:
* IT User Support Helpdesk Operations Service Delivery Management, Operations and
Weekly-Monthly Reports generation to Upper Management, as per ITIL Framework.
* IT Vendor Management for IT hardware procurements & software licensing requirements.
IT Billing from vendors verifications for accuracy of amounts, and processing same bills to
Finance Department for final vendor payments in a timely and organized manner [after
getting sign-off on same bills from respective IT Teams].
* IT Infrastructure Hardware Assets & internal usage software licensing management.
* Users Access Rights Security Team Management / Audits & Compliance Management.
4. Future IT projects implementation ideas to be explored such as:
Explore ideas for an Outsourced Global Centralized IT Helpdesk Service Desk w/ 24x7x365
availability [could be hosted from Vietnam for lowest costs?]- For IT Helpdesk Remote
Support of any L1 and L2 level issues. L3 issues to be directly escalated with vendor/OEM
and IT Dept. Teams at respective global company offices.
Basically, this facility could service entire company offices worldwide, thru' VPN and VoIP
technologies. This could reduce overall IT helpdesk services costs, as there will not be a
need for any 1st level in-house IT Helpdesk personnel at these offices. This is a kind of

management overheads for IT Managers at respective company offices.
