He is the manager of a knitting unit in INTERLOOP Plant-02 and he usually motivate his team by:
• Encouraging innovation and appreciating for minor efforts even if they don’t have big
impact.
• Always stay positive in troubles to keep the morale of team high and don’t let them feel
down.
• Focus on team bonding through different team exercises like regular brainstorming
sessions.

He is the manager of a knitting unit in INTERLOOP Plant-02 and he usually motivate his team by:
• Always praise the performers and make sure that they feel acknowledged for their work.
• Encourage autonomy to make sure that team members feel the authority and decision
power.
• Distribute monetary rewards among performers on regular basis to keep the morale high.
• Conduct dining sessions with team on good performance to engage and motivate the team.
• Stay be fair with the team so that nobody feels any double standards and get the morale

7. CONCLUSION
Both have different thoughts and methods to
motivate the team and successfully leading their
areas.
It is concluded that without team motivation one
can’t be a good manager and personally I feel
the first manager have better tactics than the
second one.
