2. DITA Building
DITA Building is founded originally as a construction company. Nowadays we also design
our own projects. We are based in Ibiza and we are involved in the most beautiful projects.
We have 25 people working for us, ranging from architect and headdesigner, via project
managers, to the builders all having their own specialty on the projects to realize and build
the projects.
The most important thing about the group of people that work for DITA Building is, that we
do everything from the design till the end of every aspect of the building ourselves, which
makes us independent of other parties in the process of the development.
Our experience lays in developing and accompanying the building process of unique houses
in every way.
In some cases this means purely building existing designs, in some cases this means re-
designing existing designs or even make a complete new design from ourselves.
All our employees are carefully chosen, work under contract and are licensed to be working
in construction. They are experienced and follow strict trainings to keep their building skills
up to date.
We build with selected building materials from our suppliers throughout Europe. In our
showroom we have a unique collection of lighting, door handles and sanitary.
Because we believe that details give great character to a house and make it unique, seem-
ingly small details are of great value for comfortable living.
