Projects can run into problems at any stage of its lifecycle. The trick is to solve
the problem area(s) with minimum impact to critical deliverables planned within the
project.
Trying to get the “problem child” in line can sometimes feel like trying to catch a
runaway train.
Yet, when standing back and looking at the project from the side line, it may just
provide the objectivity needed to solve related problems.

covers Project Health Check (covering all aspects of the project), Proactive- and
Reactive processes, Recovery Solution, formal solution sign-off , constant
communication.
