It is the ability of a customer to recognise a brand by looking at its features- logo, colours etc. For e.g., - A half-eaten Apple logo helps customer recognise it as “Apple” company. Thus, Brand recognition is a never-ending process where a customer is regularly exposed to a brand so that the image of a brand is created with the customers in order to know what they feel about the brand, how the customers position the brand value, its brand image etc.
