Breakfast: 
 meal replacement/biscuits/french toast/peanut butter on 
toast/probiotic yougurt 
Lunch: 
 dinner leftovers/tuna sandwich/lunch meats/pepperoni 
Dinner: 
 lasagna/pasta/baked potato/barbecue/microwave 
meals 
 most dinners accompanied by broccoli, corn, or rice or a 
combination 
Drinks: 
 milk 
 iced tea 
 tea with milk, no sugar 
 apple juice at lunch 
 Hot chocolate
I don’t get enough fruits and vegetables or 
complex carbohydrates. I will try to eat 
more in the future. I don’t do the 
shopping.
School is the only source of stress. 
Abnormally low amounts of stress for a 
person of my age group. I will continue 
as I have.
No dangerously low self-esteem. Body 
image normal and healthy. 
Careful of becoming overweight but not 
obsessed with thinness. 
I don’t need to change anything and I 
don’t have any friends who could help 
with that if I did.
Walking and running. Not a large amount 
but not too little. 
I may decide to do more physical activity 
when I live alone.
Balanced enough for me. I don’t 
particularly care to improve my health as 
it isn’t having any negative effects on my 
life. 
The only negative thing is my eating.

Is my life balanced

  • 1.

  • 3. I don’t get enough fruits and vegetables or complex carbohydrates. I will try to eat more in the future. I don’t do the shopping.
