lasagna/pasta/baked potato/barbecue/microwave

most dinners accompanied by broccoli, corn, or rice or a
combination
Drinks:
milk
iced tea
tea with milk, no sugar
apple juice at lunch
Hot chocolate
3. I don’t get enough fruits and vegetables or
complex carbohydrates. I will try to eat
more in the future. I don’t do the
shopping.
4. School is the only source of stress.
Abnormally low amounts of stress for a
person of my age group. I will continue
as I have.
5. No dangerously low self-esteem. Body
image normal and healthy.
Careful of becoming overweight but not
obsessed with thinness.
I don’t need to change anything and I
don’t have any friends who could help
with that if I did.
6. Walking and running. Not a large amount
but not too little.
I may decide to do more physical activity
when I live alone.
7. Balanced enough for me. I don’t
particularly care to improve my health as
it isn’t having any negative effects on my
life.
The only negative thing is my eating.
