2. Our History
 Our organization was founded in 1962 for the purpose of providing benefit administration
services to Florida Bankers. The company established important relationships with market
leaders in medical, dental, life, disability, vision, FSAs, and other ancillary benefits.
 In 2003, we changed to become a paperless online benefits enrollment program and
wrapped this program around our consolidated billing, administrator call center, COBRA
and benefits contract management expertise.
 In 2014 SelectSource partnered with Businessolver® , a leader in web-based benefits
enrollment technology, to provide an automated benefits administration process to groups
by consolidating all carriers into a single-source platform. This partnership aligned with our
founding roots in insurance benefits and technology, enhancing our client’s value by
providing a complete solution with a transparent platform, configurable service and
industry-leading expertise.
