A key feature of web services is that applications can be
written in various languages and are still able to
communicate by exchanging data with one another via a
web service between clients and servers.
3. E- MAIL
Electronic mail is a method of exchanging messages between
people using electronic devices.
The most commonly used feature of the networks in the field of
communication is e mail.
Invented by Ray Tomlinson, email first entered limited use in
the 1960s and by the mid 1970s had taken the form now
recognized as e-mail.
More plainly e mail is a message that may contain text, files,
images, or other attachments sent through a network to a
specified individual or group of individuals. We can add images
and documents in the form of PDFs, videos or other
attachments.
In order to have successful communication, each user should
have a unique email address, where each post is sent to persons
with a unique home address.

4. ADVANTAGES OF E-MAIL
Cheap, once you’re online , there is no further expense.
Easy to reference. Sent and receive messages and attachment
can be stored safely, logically and reliable.
Easy to use
Fast. Email is by far the fastest form of written communication
Global. Web based email means you can access your message
anywhere online.
DISADVANTAGES OF E-MAIL
Emotional responses. Some email cause upset or anger.
Information overloaded. Too many people send too much
information.
No respite. The law of the empty inbox leave it and will grow

• Blogs are usually maintained by an individual with regular
entries of commentary, description of events or other material
such as graphics or video.
• Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject;
others function as more personal online diaries.
• A special blog combines text, images and links to the other blogs.
• Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (art
blog), photograph (photo blog), videos (video blog), music (mp3
blog), and audio (podcasting).
• Micro blogging is another type of blogging, featuring very short
posts

DISADVANTAGES OF BLOG
It involves a lot of time to update and post an entry on the blog
site.
Regular writings may give rise to slangs and sloppy way of
writing spoilers or spoiling the quality of proper usage of language.
The need to have a computer may not be feasible for everyone.
Blogging cannot be trusted upon students who are hardly
interested in reading and replying to the post.
