Skills Summary
Due to spending a few years working in the retail industry, I am knowledgeable in visual
merchandising, inventory management, customer service, forecasting, maximizing sales, and
managing a team. Throughout my years at school, I have become proficient in using
Microsoft Excel, as well as PowerPoint and Word. Additionally, I have experience in web-
design and have recently learned a lot about search advertising. I have also become familiar
with Kronos WFC, a scheduling and forecasting software.

I attend Holy Family University and am in the School of Business Administration. Additionally, I
am working towards a minor in Social Media Communications. I have taken classes such as
Introduction to Marketing, Corporate Finance, Operations Management, Organizational
Behavior, Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting, Human Resource Management,
Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Quantitative Decision Making, Branding, and Project
Management.
Experience
American Eagle Outfitters
Merchandise Team Leader | April 2018-present
I began as a Staffing Supervisor for the company at the Neshaminy Mall location. In
September 2019, I was promoted to the Merchandise Team Leader at the Oxford Valley Mall
location. I typically forecast daily and weekly sales, look through merchandising reports to
track the sales of certain pieces of merchandise, plan and execute monthly floorsets in order
to display new styles, leverage to maximize sales, provide superior customer service, and
meet my leadership goals and responsibilities. Additionally, I have been recognized multiple
times on the region’s social media for excellent service in sales.
Charming Charlie
Visual and Operations Lead | September 2016-May 2018
I began as a sales associate and eventually received a promotion to the lead of visuals and
operations. I would accept and process the shipment that came in the store. Once the

shipment was unpackaged and processed, I would then push the product onto the sales floor
and sell the product. Additionally, I would create displays and visuals during floorsets, which is
when the trends change, and the store needs to mirror the changes through being
rearranged. I had received Employee of the Month for August 2017.
Awards and Acknowledgements
Photographer | Business Society of Holy Family
Being the photographer for the Business Society consists of attending events and taking
photos of what the society does and who’s involved. The Business Society often holds events
such as fundraisers and career days which should always be documented so that the society
can be promoted and shown off.
Student Mentor | Freshmen Experience Program of Holy Family
I am one of two student mentors for the freshmen within the School of Business Administration
at Holy Family University. I help with communicating to the class, providing experiences and
examples, and encouraging the freshmen class to become involved on-campus.
Writer | Odyssey at Holy Family
Between my freshman and sophomore years I joined the Odyssey at Holy Family. Odyssey is a
website online that allows students and groups to post article about anything and everything.
I wrote quite a few articles during my time with the team.
Student Mentor | Sophomore Mentoring for the School of Business
I was a student mentor for the sophomores within the School of Business Administration at Holy
Family University during my junior year. I sent out emails to the sophomore students about
things going on within their program as well as helped any students who had questions or
concerns. I also helped organize events where sophomores would engage with each other,
as well as professors ,within their concentrations.
