resources and deliverables to overcome critical issues and manage all aspects of project and site
developments to ensure all market, sub-market, and “license protection” sites are complete, audit
punched and repaired, and launched on time. Encourage CMs to watch for any missing drivers
that may be captured for accurate and optimal approved billing
Qualifications and Certifications
Multiple years coordinating the Construction efforts of my team to include but certainly not
limited to: The management of other CMs, Precon walks estimating and building BOMs,
building an impeccable production driven Quality scope, punch verifications/ repairs, training
CMs as well as multiple Foremen both hands on“On Site” and via email attachment remotely in
real time. Internal cost analysis and overall direction of fluidity amongst all aspects of
construction management efforts from ensuring accurate and timely material deliveries to
continuity of understanding scope of work from both “in house” employees as well as subs.
Experienced/ familiar with all aspects of reading Blue prints, wiring diagrams, F-Type/RJ45
Cat5/Cat5e/ Fiber Optics/PPC/Amphenol/Cannon/Andrew/Commscope/Optical MW connectors.
Gravitec/ Commtrain with rescue endorsements, Crosby Rigging API RP-2D certification,
Anritsu L-model and earlier sweep testing, Anritsu Passive Inter-modulation test gear (PIM),
Andrew/ CommScope/ PPC connectorization and termination certified.

Coordination of efforts to comply with any “one-call”, permit, pre-con site walks necessary to
keep in compliance with tower ownership, city, county, state, federal or any other governing
requirements. Management of all deployment activities. Negotiate vendor contracts to maximize
profitability margins on all labor and material costs while overseeing the internal management
processes mitigating sub-par quality standards to effectively optimize profit/ cost bottom lines.
Implemented inventory control protocols and enforced accountability for asset and material
movements to minimize crew material waste and gluttonous crew hording of “consumables”.
Managed efforts to avoid out of stock/ overstock material situations. Creation of “BOM”s for site
assignments prioritizing material assets to clients expressed preferred sites to expedite priority
sites completion timelines. Utilized professional management skill sets to coordinate
management teams’ efforts to meet all customer milestones and objectives within budget
constraints. Provided labor and delivery cost reports, creation of (SOW) Scope of Work protocols
for GSM, UMTS, LTE installation and maintenance efforts. Provided leadership, guidance,
training, and direction to production and management teams of 75-105 team members at any

inventory control- responsible for the scheduling, forecasting, and communication of costs and
budget planning with a continuing effort to lower costs for profit optimization. Created and
implemented healthy crew practices to lower material waste isolating and identifying core issues
to communicate to CMs and respective crew leads. Encouraged these new protocols with
positive reinforcement and offering an incentive program with bonus potentials paid to the one
crew that realized the lowest overall consumables waste percentage quarterly. Responsible for
the preparation, “true-up” and delivery of all necessary closeout documentation, 24 hr
documents, and photo packages. Gave support and guidance to 2-5 Construction Managers and
their respective Foremen to assist in all civil production efforts to satisfy contract obligations.
Managed company, customer, and vendor correspondence efforts to ensure procurement of
materials, equipment, transport, permits, and all other resource demands to meet project
timelines. Provided Senior Management with accurate reporting in daily and weekly staff
meeting and or conference calls to voice up to date reviews of current individual site
progress, projections and other tracking tools to include schedule of critical dates (start,
completion, back order material delays, milestones reached, etc.).

installations. Basic and advanced rigging of winch cables and crane loads through usage of

dismounting of materials on all types of towers. (Self-supporters, Monopoles, Guy towers, flag-
poles, and “stealth-poles”) Stacking and decommission of communication towers. Top-hand
aiding in all shelters and cabinets (SSC, BTS, etc.) power-up Radios to include all room ready,
fiber upgrades, installation of T-1, Hoffman, Ciena boxes. Competent climber and always safety
oriented. Extensive knowledge in load limits and capacities for equipment safety.
Unlimited Tower, Atlanta, GA 11/2006-07/2008

constant accompaniment of crane, flagging cranes, loading & unloading work boats, loading and
unloading of man riders and other such equipment. Worked offshore intermittently alongside
climbing for my father’s company
