across Mumbai and Pune. The company’s primary objective is to increase its sales and
market share. With Diwali round around the corner
, the company’s management wants to
go in with the right sales strategy to make the best of the opportunity. XYZ has access to last
year’s sales data of its competitors pre and post Diwali. The company’s management wants
you to analyze the data and come up with insights and recommendations that will help the
company achieve higher sales not only during Diwali but also ensure a bigger market share
post Diwali.
