NICE has hundreds of developers, all over the world.
Today we will refer to the group we belong to called MCR - multi channel recording.
In our unit, there are about 30 Scrum teams.
How many of you here work in Scrum?
In the past two and a half years we have undergone a significant process of accentuating the culture of the Agile.
As Eli told in the beginning of the Meetup...
Part of that was to make people communicate more. Especially F2F. It means giving them the ground for it.
So today almost all of our teams at MCR are co-located.
All the developers in the team work in Israel or Ukraine.
This means that everyone works together with more collaboration, higher-visibility, and higher trust.
How many of you work in teams that are all in one location?
One of the meanings of close work is that we are using more and more visibility
That means a lot of things are seen, and the first among them is our task board - the Scrum board.
How many of you work with a physical board?
So for those of you who do not work with that, I'd be happy to tell you that when you will work with it, the visibility is higher, the commitment is from the staff, as are the stories.
It is possible to place the entire "life" of the team, whether it is AI from the rerto, day-to-day impediments, WIP marking, product vision, etc.
So why not?
Or rather what prevents through * all * teams working with it?
How do you know how advanced your teams are?
Are you looking at reports?
On progress boards?
Is it always up to date?
So this is the barrier of the teams as well. Double update.
And thatβs where we came..
Because of the problem, and with the help of creativity, and the group we set up on Sparkathon Day,
We have succeeded in innovating and creating the magic that you are about to see here.
This magic allows us to photograph the team's board with the cellphone at the end of the daily, and update it directly in the electronic ALM tool. (jira, trello, tfs).

So a bit behind this magic ..
After we told you and agreed with us that we had a painful problem, we just found a solution.
And when the day came to raise ideas for Sparkathon, he also formulated our group of with different skill set, that represented the problem and the solution.
So this is our tip-
Creativity can execution can thrive from any team member if we give him/her the challenging environment and challenge him/her to think right.
We also should to give him/her the opportunity to do experiments of various kinds.
And let him/her be clear with how much can be learned from any such trial and error.
Let us give you an exampleβ¦
All this will be realized even in the event, if we as managers, project managers, Agile experts and so on, will realize all these qualities ourselves and become a role model in the our domain.
