It is divided into two types, there are spoken announcement
and written announcement.

The detailed information part about
where and when will the

The end part of announcement, such

• The purpose of the

Spoken announcement
The characteristics are:
• Usually begins with saying
“attention, please” or anything like
that.
• We can find a spoken
announcement when there is an
event in the public places, such as
at school, bus station, train station,
market, mall, etc.
• The information are simple and
short.
Written announcement
The characteristics are:
• Use the title/type or event,
date/time and contact person
• We can find a written
announcement on television, radio,
newspaper, magazine, etc.
• The information are long and
detail.
