Fractured Art Mosaics - Saint John, NB
Creating original art work for private, public commissions, workshops and group
art projects for children to adults in French and English. Responsible for artistic
and business aspects of Fractured Art Mosaics-bookkeeping, contract
negotiation, marketing, on-line presence of business. Most recently created
Donor Wall Mural YMCA Greater Saint John.
05/2002 to 11/2008 Conference Coordinator and Program Chair
Saint John Women's Wellness Conference - Saint John, NB
Developed and coordinated conference offering information and workshops to
women of all backgrounds and socio-economic levels. Offered a 5 year
conference involving over 1100 participants in workshops dealing with mental
health, safety, economy, environment and relationships. Coordinated
information, registration, signage, financial co-signing, speaker needs, sponsor
materials, worked with outside services and facilities, oversaw the day of
conference.
03/2000 to 11/2008 Leader - volunteer position
La Leche League Canada - Saint John, NB
Dealt with sensitive and emotional situations needing great empathy,
communication skills, hands on assistance, research and problem solving.
Offered support and information to over 200 women and their babies over 8
years. Managed and lead a support group working in individual and teamwork
situations. Trained 6 new leaders over 18 month process, community outreach
and networking, conference planning, publicity, personal communications
development, support and research, partnership with other community
organizations.

Created original curriculum as a Music Specialist at the elementary level and a
