level of expertise. I highly recommend her for her skills and
abilities and for her dedication to her profession.
Shaveela has worked for me on multiple projects over the past
several years. Working in the entertainment production
industry, I have been able to call upon Shaveela to pull together
the production aspects. She is very knowledgeable about every
aspect of production, so I have been able to rely on her to come
in and get the job done from start to finish. What I have been
most impressed about in her work is that she steps in at the
beginning of the process and gives valuable direction on how
things should go. Her creative input starts at the beginning as
she outlines the best artistic approach to the project and
combines that with her thorough research of video footage or
scenic imagery that is best suited for the project. As a recording
artist and live performer myself, imagery and appearance is
very critical and Shaveela understands that and is sensitive to
these details and takes the necessary precautions to make sure
careful considerations is always adhered to. Her resourcefulness
and ability to see a project through to completion adds
credibility to her skills.
As she works, Shaveela has an incredible gift for directing the
talent, while simultaneously managing a production crew, of
new and seasoned professionals. She has an uncanny knack for

of our productions involved working with children and she was
exceptionally talented at bringing out their best possible
performance. She would direct from behind the camera one
second and the next she would be in front of the camera leading
by ex- ample. They loved that in her.
Shaveela is very committed to her work and always kept me on
point and focused on the big picture. She was very instrumental
in keeping us on schedule and more importantly, on budget,
which is the bottom line in production. Over the years I have
seen a tremendous growth in her skills, her knowledge, her
commitment and her professionalism, which shows me she has
learned with every project we have worked on together. She
possess a unique quality of a willingness to learn, which will
take her to higher heights to accomplish greatness in her career.
