It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Elvira Gatina. I have had the pleasure of viewing Elvira’s
professional development over the past year, and I can state with confidence that she is a motivated and responsible person with a high
degree of integrity. During this time, I have been consistently impressed by both her design skills and her professionalism and
commitment to our organization. As such, I expect that she will be a very positive addition to your institution.
Elvira began working full time building apps and producing graphics in our company’s production department while she was still an
undergraduate. In this role, she had a considerable amount of responsibilities, and she handled them effortlessly. She also showed her
dedication and attention to detail, and due to that, our company saw an increase in sales during this period.
While working for NYAD, Elvira has established herself as our most senior designer, taking on projects that require both high levels
of creativity and technical skills and frequently working under very tight deadlines. Some examples of the type of work she has been
responsible for include mobile app design, illustrations, digital flyers, mobile banners, presentations and campaign materials. She is
fluent in all the appropriate graphic design software and has shown initiative in learning new skills and expanding her talents outside
of traditional print-based media. She also shows a strong talent in business marketing and copywriting…online and offline!
Elvira has impressed our clients with her (often surprising and whimsical) creativity and also with her consistent and timely
communication skills. Future employers should feel confident that their requests and communications would be addressed in a timely
manner and with consistent quality. Elvira has proven her commitment to the work at our organization and I am confident that it will
transfer to her work with any future clients or employers that may seek her services.
