I am pleased to recommend Mr. Carl Lee Kao Hong as a committed and hardworking
student. I have known Carl and worked with him closely when he was a student
attending his digital film production training at the SAE Institute, Singapore. He has
proven to be capable, dependable, and productive.
Carl is a consistent student always aspiring to improve his understanding of both the
technical and the creative aspects of digital film production. He constantly strove to
produce the very best effort he possibly could. When working in groups he is committed
and proved to be equally capable. Carl has developed strong knowledge in the various
stages of the digital film production. He is especially strong in his organizing skill,
demonstrating both advance technical knowhow and thorough understanding of
production workflow. Outside of the classroom, he was involved in several self-
propelled projects to develop industry related skills.
While juggling between his full-time job, family and school, Carl has never once
absented from his classes, showing tremendous devotion to his commitments. Despite
his busy schedule and heavy commitments, Carl managed to set aside time to guide
other weaker students in their learning.
Carl has performed equally well after his graduation, taking on key roles in his various
employments. He was recently featured in the school’s website as one of our successful
alumni who had excelled in his field.
Carl is very passionate about the digital film arts and has the abilities and determination
to accomplish anything he sets his mind to. Together with his outgoing personality and
positive attitude, I am confident that his outstanding skills as a producer will prove to be
