2. When the Streets Talk: Tel Aviv
We are writing to tell you about a new, innovative, exciting social project, first
of its kind in the world, on which we have been working on for the past few
months.
The essence of the project is to build a technological platform that will curate
the flavors, scents and colors of the experiences, memories and stories of the
105 years of existence and to tie them together into a single location,
informative, historical, educative and connected to its roots, and in the
process to offer everyone, residents and tourists together, a virtual map of the
city and its stories. We are also planning on putting into print; a book that will
include selected stories with incredible pictures that will sit on every
resident’s coffee table.
‘We are using history to make history. Never has there been a city that has
documented its history via its residents’ stories.
This is our chance to add that additional personal layer to the vibrant streets of
Tel Aviv.’

7. What is planned?
We are planning, along with the city of Tel Aviv, a hackathon
(a technology creation marathon), of 36 hours on the
weekend of October 17-18. About 50 local TLV participants,
composed of talented and leading designers, programmers,
product managers and content directors will take part in
planning, designing and creating the technological platform
that will hold exhibit all of the city’s stories. This is where you
enter the story.
How can you help?
We want you with us! So please come and take part in this
project and together we’ll make history!
This invitation is personal – just for you. We would be very
happy if you could confirm via email by the 10th of October.
