Profile
Sharon Glidden has provided a leadership role in administration, marketing and business
development since 1994. Scope of focus has been in Home Health Care, Assisted Living,
Agritourism, Bio Fuels, Economic Development, and entering into Addiction Recovery. While
serving on various community service boards during that time Mrs. Glidden was also
recruited into the speaking circuit since 2005. Future efforts will continue to focus on
community wellness through Tiger Mountain Recovery, and Tiger Prints Foundation which
will best utilize Mrs. Glidden’s expertise in administration, community action and economic
development.

physiological factors that play into the addiction paradigm through hands on experiences
from a holistic platform. Treatment is tailored around the disease model of addiction,
emphasizing complete abstinence through the incorporation of 12 step principles, while also
providing emphatic focus on the 8 essential aspects of a well-balanced life, identified as
Health, Relationships, Learning, Environment, Work, Finances, Achievement, & Fun.

Managing Partner, Business Development. Glidden has been on the front lines, working to
increase tourism, more specifically Agri-Tourism, for Oklahoma. Glidden has maintained her
primary focus in assisting the development of regional bus tours, multi-level marketing
strategies for producers, co-op advertising opportunities, risk management/liability education
and policy development. Leading the way in Oklahoma & Colorado by participating in what
Sharon calls a “Train the Trainer Circuit” that began in 2006. With her understanding of the
importance of forming partnerships, lending support by consulting with community
“branding” across the state by invitation, and identifying producers that have something to
offer in tourism; TMR successfully penetrated the European market as a destination.
Glidden's infectious "Together We Grow" philosophy is what she credits for TMR's success.
She believes that Oklahoma is the new 'Un-chartered Territory of the West'.

Provided support staff education for facilities across Florida including: CPR/First Aid;
Redirection techniques in Alzheimer's; Patient Care; Customer Service; Being a guest in the
Resident’s home-Assisted Living; Medication Administration-the 5 “Rights”

2. Benton House Assisted LIving Facility- Administrator 1999-2002
Mrs. Glidden provided support as Administrator opening with 30 admissions within the first
30 days. Responsibilities included were: operations, marketing, human resources, risk
management, accounts receivables and payables, ongoing operational and risk management
support for other facilities within the company.
Sterling House Assisted Living Facility- Administrator 1998-1999
Responsibilities included were: operations, marketing, human resources, risk management,
accounts receivables and payables, ongoing support for other facilities within the company.
Mrs Glidden was then recruited to Benton House in FWB because of the impressive results
shown with this facility running a profit margin of 42% by her departing district manager.

HouseCall Home Health FL- Community Educator 1995-1996
Responsibilities included development of progressive “niche” programs that were diagnosis
specific that had physician specific protocols for continuity of care for patients in a home
setting allowing HouseCall to attain a competitive market share of the areas’ home health
care needs. Also provided training support for educating area physicians for home health
care abilities that can keep patients healing in a home environment.
