Consciousness-Based education, also known as Unified Field Based Education, connects all areas of learning to the underlying wholeness of life and consciousness. It has four main components: studying consciousness itself, examining standard subjects through the lens of consciousness, using consciousness-based teaching principles, and maintaining a stress-free learning environment. The goal is to provide a more complete education by developing students' inner knowledge and ability to apply their learning to solve real-world problems through practices like Transcendental Meditation.
