• REPRESENTS WHOLE GENRE AS WELL AS THE SONG.
• THE COSTUME IN A MUSIC VIDEO ALSO COMPLIMENTS AND
INFLUENCE THE DRESS CODE OF THE TARGET AUDIENCE.
COSTUME 1 – MAIN ARTIST
• THE COSTUME OF THE MAIN ARTIST IS VERY IMPORTANT IN
REPRESENTING THE GENRE.
• THE MAIN ARTIST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTER IN THE MUSIC
VIDEO.
• AT THE BEGINNING OF MY VIDEO, MY MAIN ARTIST WILL BE SEEN
WEARING A LIGHT HOODIE, JEANS, A BASEBALL CAP AND BLACK
TRAINERS.
• THIS REPRESENTS THE GENRE WELL WITH THE STREET STYLE ATTIRE
BEING POPULAR AMONGST THE TARGET AUDIENCE.

COLOUR OF THE SUIT REPRESENTS THE DEATH AND MOURNING,
WHICH ALL OCCUR AT A FUNERAL.

• IN THE SCENES OF MY MUSIC VIDEO WHERE THE FRIEND IS SEEN
RETURNING FROM WORK, WATCHING TV AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE
LETTER FROM THE WHITE HOUSE, THE FRIEND WILL BE SEEN
WEARING A SMART SHIRT AND TROUSERS.
• HOWEVER WHEN MEETING UP WITH THE MAIN ARTIST, THE FRIEND
WILL BE SEEN WEARING A PAIR OF JEANS, A BASEBALL CAP AND
A LIGHT COLOURED HOODIE JUST LIKE THE MAIN ARTIST.

WEARING VERY DARK COLOURED CLOTHING WHICH WILL CONSIST
OF BLACK HOODIES, BLACK TRACKSUITS, AND COLOURED
BANDANNAS
• RED BANDANAS REPRESENTING THE BLOODS, THE BLUE BANDANAS
REPRESENTING THE CRIPS.
